Life is a constant journey of discovery. Every day is an opportunity to learn more about who we each are and how we may contribute to evolve the universe and self.

As a coach for over five years and a therapist in training, I have learned that my greatest contribution in life is through the gift I have been given to counsel. Through counseling I am able to channel and share the messages and insights that already exist in us all.

My intention for this beautiful journey I am on is to continue growing and expanding my skills and knowledge in order to better offer counseling that can help you change your life and be all whom you came to be.

In honoring this journey, I must leave Co=Creation Cafe in the very able hands of my fellow creator, Nancy, and focus my abilities in growing my coaching and counseling offerings.

It has been beyond my pleasure to hang out with you all in the cafe for the past year. Nancy and I have leaned and grown right along side of you. What a true gift.
