- How long is a session?
We will meet by telephone for 50
minutes. The first five we orient to the call. The next
40 we discuss whatever you choose. The last five are
for homework and next meeting confirmations.

- When are sessions scheduled?
We will typically schedule our
calls for the same time and day of the week for three
or four weeks in a row depending on your preferences.

- What happens if I need to
change or cancel a session?
I request that you make our scheduled
life/business coaching calls a priority. On the rare occasion
when you need to reschedule, please let me know at least
24 hours in advance. Except in the case of an emergency,
you will be charged for last minute cancellations or
missed calls. Back

- What is included in my life/business coaching package outside of the actual session?
Please call or e-mail me between
calls if you cannot wait to share a success, need advice,
have a challenge, or just want to check in. I have time
between our regular calls, and enjoy providing this
extra level of service. I do not bill for this type
of additional time, I only request that you keep extra
calls to a maximum of 5 minutes each. Back

- What is a typical life/business coaching
package commitment?
Although I do not make formal agreements
with my clients, I recommend you commit to life/business coaching
for a minimum of three to six months. The benefits of
life/business coaching build over time. In order to make
this experience as valuable as possible, I encourage
you to make this commitment to yourself. As you know,
the greatest rewards are those we work for. Back

- Does my life/business coach share
anything we discuss, in our sessions, with others?
It is important for the integrity
and value of our life/business coaching relationship that
we are open and honest with each other. In this light,
what we discuss will remain completely confidential.

- How do I refer Melissa to
others who may benefit from her services? Is there
an additional benefit for me?
Many of my clients have come to
me by referral. If
our life/business coaching is enabling you to generate the
results you want in your life, I ask that you please
share your life/business coaching experience with others,
and refer me to anyone you know who might be interested
in what life/business coaching has to offer. I will happily
conduct a 30-minute life/business coaching interview, with
anyone you refer, to assess what I may do for them.
