Life Coaching

The Personal Freedom Program is designed for people:
who want more, sometimes much more, and know they
must make certain changes in their personal and professional lives
in order to get more of what they really want.

These changes take:
time, life strategizing and effort.

This program focuses on:
the process of strengthening your Personal Freedom as a way to accelerate and attract achievement of your goals to you more easily.

The Personal Freedom process involves:
deliberately investing in one's Self, usually far more than you may have
done before or think you need, deserve or should.

This program asks you:
to become very, very Selfish (not egotistical, ego-centered,
consuming or needy; rather to put yourself first). Ultimately,
you are then able to give more to others as a by-product.

What You Work On:
1. Extend your boundaries -- 2. Share your requirements -- 3. Raise your standards -- 4. Finish what is UNfinished -- 5. Get your personal needs met -- 6. Orient around your values (identify the rules you are living) -- 7. Build reserves in all areas -- 8. Minimize all tolerations (obstacles and blocks consciously and unconsciously taking space in your life) -- 9. Handle your money completely -- 10. Define success on your own terms -- Quality of Life Assessment -- Clean Sweep Assessment -- Need-less Assessment

In order to create the life and experiences you desire, it is essential
to have a strong Personal Freedom. Without this freedom, you
will always be struggling against something. With it, you are at
liberty and choice to pursue what you want!
