Life/business coaching can be a very personal process. It often requires people to embrace changes and new discoveries in their lives in ways they have never done before. And because it is so personal, the space between the life/business coach and the client must be safe for sharing, growing and evolving.

Life/business coaching is also an experience that may be new to you. Although many people may have experienced counseling or therapy of some kind, life/business coaching can feel very different. Collaboration is the key which allows the focus to be much more action oriented and "response-ability" driven.

The free session allows for both of these areas to be addressed.

1. This initial session allows us to talk about what it is you are working on or needing some focused attention. This is your chance to tell me what is on your mind — defining your goals, addressing your challenges or describing the life you want to be living. Plus, what you want to get from our interaction. This gives me an idea if I am the best person to work with you to get you what you want. Plus, it is your opportunity to interact with me. Every life/business coach has their own particular style. Since you may, at times, need to share aspects of your life that are uncomfortable or hear things that may be challenging to hear, it is important for you to feel connected and safe with whomever you choose. You also need to feel this is a person who can add a new level of accountability and possibility to your life.



2. This initial interaction also gives you an idea of how sessions run. Although there is more background and investigation than in a typical session, it allows you to get an idea of the overall experience.

As I believe a connection is the most important aspect of a successful relationship, I will share my assessment of the call at the end of the session.
I will also ask you to share your overall assessment. If we both agree that a collaborative relationship is definitely possible, we can commence as soon as you are ready.

If you are interested in a program, all run for variable lengths of time.

I will discuss with you the options for the program(s) you are interested in relation to the amount of time you are willing to invest in yourself to experience life/business coaching. Every program can be customized to fit the needs of the client's desired outcome and commitment level. Or, if you prefer setting your own agenda, that is perfectly great as well.

Each session is a 50-minute telephone conversation. You get unlimited e-mail correspondence between sessions as needed.

All sessions are scheduled based on your needs. Together we will determine the best schedule for your life and commitments.

Please note, pricing is subject to change. All existing agreements or those verbally quoted are not affected by the changes. Agreement renewals are subject to new pricing.

When you refer a new client, who signs up for coaching, you receive a 10% discount off each of your session fees (going forward) for the duration of your referral's commitment. If you and a friend sign up for coaching together, you both receive a 10% discount off of each your session fees for the duration of your commitment (this can be an additional discount off of the new client discount).
